I recently payed a visit back to Monroeville this past spring and was stunned that nothing has been done back there for nearly 37+ years since I left. It's still being repaired, no lane additions and the traffic is terrible. Is it time to upgrade and make this section of road 21st century?? Where is all that tax money going? I would have expected to see at least four lanes of new road in each direction, 8-Lane Highway, from the Monroeville's Turnpike entrance/exit to downtown Pittsburgh.
