No. I don't have much to say about it.

I have a suggestion for where the hearing could take place, and I'll post it in a comment.

Regardless of a hearing, slots and casinos will go wherever their developers can spread the cash to put them. So often public hearings are a waste of time. This one should be in local council chambers so it can be broadcast. Otherwise, it's just another private meeting that's not well documented.
I agree, we need to have these hearings televised and held at the most convenient time for the public, aren't these folks at the state public servants"? Don't they, like Marshall Bond, work for us? Perhaps they should be reminded of that. Can we hold the meetings at the High School? I understand there is a nice TV studio there. Shouldn't our elected officials i.e. Representative Markosek and Senator Logan be able to insure that these meetings are as public as possible? If these folks don't want to help us in these little matters, perhaps we need to start a write in campaign for someone who will.
