The Inclusion Team of Monroeville United Methodist Church is sponsoring a flea market to raise funds that will help make the church universally accessible to those with physical disabilities.
The flea market will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday in the church parking lot at 219 Center Road.
In case of inclement weather, the event will take place in the church's fellowship hall.
Young adult group
North American Martyrs Catholic Church in Monroeville is starting a young adult group for men and women ages 18 to 40.
Anyone interested in helping or signing up for the group's e-mail list can contact Christina at cmp707@yahoo.com.
The group's first event will be held during the diocesan celebration of Young Adult Sunday on Aug. 3.

For mothers
St. Bernadette Catholic Church's Mothers Group meets from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. every Thursday in the "Stay and Play" room off the school hall.

Greater Works seminar
Greater Works Outreach in Monroeville continues its annual Holy Spirit Seminar through this Saturday, with free services at 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily.
This year's theme is "The Start of Something New." Offerings are taken and a nursery is provided for each session.
A daily vacation Bible school and evening gym activities for children, a youth seminar for teens and adult housing are available at minimal costs.

Cross Roads VBS
Cross Roads Presbyterian Church in Monroeville is taking registrations for its vacation Bible school for children from age 3 through sixth grade.
The school will run from next Monday through July 25, with hours of 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. each day.

Reciting Rosary
Ladies of Charity from North American Martyrs Catholic Church, 2526 Haymaker Road, Monroeville, will recite the Rosary at 10 a.m. this Friday at Golden Living Center, Sunrise and Autumn Ridge.
Residents of the facilities and their guests are welcome to participate.
Teen summer camp
Anyone who has finished 12th grade but hasn't yet gone off to college can sign up to attend Monroeville Christian Church's summer camp for teens, which will run from July 27 through Aug. 1 at the church, 3780 Northern Pike.
The Christian service camp will include sermons, lessons, devotions, praise time, crafts, swimming, recreation, hikes, camp fires, a 100-foot water slide and more.
All are invited to attend the church's annual trip to Pittsburgh Steelers training camp on Aug. 4.
Departure from the church parking lot will be at 1 p.m.
The day will involve watching Steelers practice and getting autographs.

Benefiting school
North American Martyrs Catholic School will hold its fifth annual flea market from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Aug. 2 in DeLuca Hall.
EZ Storage has donated space that the church will use to store large items that donors cannot keep until late July. To make arrangements to donate such items and have them stored for the sale, call 412-372-2874.
